Cancellation Policy for Registrations

All cancellations are to be sent to MCI in writing (fax or email). For cancellations received before Wednesday, 22 February 2017 deposits will be refunded less £45.00 for administrative costs. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations received before Wednesday, 22 February 2017, Midnight CET (Central European Time): £45.00 per participant. Cancellations received after Wednesday, 22 February 2017: No payments will be refunded.

Cancellation of Networking programme

Cancellations received before Wednesday, 25 January 2017, Midnight CET (Central European Time): Full refund. Cancellations received after Wednesday, 25 January 2017: No payments will be refunded.

Cancellation of Sessions

Cancellations received before Wednesday, 22 February 2017, Midnight CET (Central European Time): full refund. Cancellations received after Wednesday, 22 February 2017: No payments will be refunded.

Modifications: A handling fee of £25.00 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Wednesday, 22 February 2017. If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of £70.00 will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognised identification documents).
