Registration for the 58th Annual Scientific Meeting of the British Society for Haematology is now open.

Following your feedback we have revised the registration fees to allow greater flexibility and have also improved the preferential rates for members and concessions.

The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, poster sessions and the associated exhibition, tea, coffee and lunch on registered day(s).

Registration fees are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of value added tax at the prevailing rate.

*To qualify for the concessionary rate you must be a nurse, scientist, fully retired member or a non-tenured haematologist. Following the completion of your registration the team will contact you for proof of employment within these roles.

**To qualify for the medical student rate you must be in full time education at the time of the Annual Scientific Meeting.

 

Abstract submitters

Successful abstract submitters will receive notification if their abstract has been accepted during the week commencing 26 February. A discount code will be provided in the notification letter to obtain the early bird discounted registration rate. The code will be for abstract presenters only.

 

Social programme

Monday 16 April 2018

Full details of our conference party will be announced shortly. The evening will promise to give you a taste of our beautiful host city of Liverpool. Tickets for the party on Monday 16 April 2018 are available to purchase within the registration portal. Tickets are £30 for tenured haematologists and only £12 for concessions.

Tuesday 17 April 2018

The President’s Reception will take place at the ACC Liverpool on the evening of Tuesday 17 April. Drinks and canapés will be served within the exhibition hall following the poster session.

Pitfalls Meeting

We are delighted to confirm that the ever popular Pitfalls Meeting will take place on Sunday 15 April 2018 at ACC Liverpool. The full programme will be available shortly. You can book your place within the registration system. Places are available at the following rates:

Meet the Expert sessions

Key speakers and committee members will be holding Meet the Expert sessions each morning of the main programme. These provide delegates with an opportunity to hear from leading figures in the field of haematology.

In order to maintain the intimate nature of the sessions places will be strictly limited and will only be available to those already registered. When details are released you will be able to log back into your profile and add to your registration. More details on how to book places will follow.
